Michael Tomko is an independent arbitrator and mediator that specializes in resolving labor and employment disputes. Mike works with conflicted Parties to help them find resolution and move beyond their various issues by providing a full spectrum of alternative dispute resolution services, including; mediation, arbitration, employee and labor relations, and independent workplace investigations.

Mediation:  Mike conducts in person mediation within the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Holland Michigan locale.  He uses online video conferencing services (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to conduct Mediation across the United States and around the world.

MEDIATION

Mediation is a confidential and collaborative process that provides the Parties an opportunity to control the outcome of the dispute and craft a solution that meets their needs.

Arbitration:  Mike conducts in person Arbitrations across the state of Michigan including the Upper Peninsula.  Online video conferencing services (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) are also available to reduce travel, ensure social distancing, and reduce the overall cost of Arbitration.

ARBITRATION

Arbitration is an out-of-court dispute resolution process that is decided by a neutral third-party arbitrator. Arbitration is faster and more cost effective than litigation.
